Our Indoor Farm creates a year round way to grow local, pesticide free wheatgrass and microgreens
Our Indoor Farm allows us to grow year round in a controlled environment. We primarily grow wheatgrass but have also grown a variety of microgreens. Wheatgrass is juiced and taken in 1-2 ounce shots with high concentrations of antioxidants, Vitamin A, C, and E, iron, calcium, magnesium, amino acids, and chlorophyll. Our wheatgrass shots can be found at our farmers market stands, juice bars throughout Chicago, and in bottled juices.

If you are a juice bar interested in purchasing wheatgrass trays contact Alex at distribution@theurbancanopy.org. We will deliver trays to your business for shots, juice add ons, or wheatgrass squares.
